Andrew Solano is a high school student who already knows what he wants to do in the future—become an electrical engineer. From a young age, he was always curious about how things worked.  Whether it was taking apart toys or watching videos about electronics, Andrew enjoyed learning about the technology that powers the world around us. That passion only grew stronger when he started high school and joined the engineering career pathway program. The program has helped him explore many areas of engineering, but electrical engineering is what truly caught his interest.  He enjoys working with circuits, wires, and power systems. He likes the challenge of figuring out how to make something work and the feeling of success when it finally does. In his classes, Andrew has worked on hands-on projects like building simple robots, wiring circuits, and programming microcontrollers.
