Andrew’s Blog

Andrew Solano is a high school student who already knows what he wants to do in the future—become an electrical engineer. From a young age, he was always curious about how things worked.

Whether it was taking apart toys or watching videos about electronics, Andrew enjoyed learning about the technology that powers the world around us.

That passion only grew stronger when he started high school and joined the engineering career pathway program. The program has helped him explore many areas of engineering, but electrical engineering is what truly caught his interest.

He enjoys working with circuits, wires, and power systems. He likes the challenge of figuring out how to make something work and the feeling of success when it finally does.

In his classes, Andrew has worked on hands-on projects like building simple robots, wiring circuits, and programming microcontrollers. These experiences have helped him gain skills that will be useful in college and beyond. His teachers often say that Andrew is focused, responsible, and always eager to learn more.

Outside of the classroom, Andrew stays involved in STEM activities. He’s part of a technology club and enjoys helping younger students learn about science and engineering.

He believes it’s important to share knowledge and inspire others to follow their interests, just like he was inspired.

After graduation, Andrew plans to go to college and study electrical engineering. His dream is to work in a field like robotics or renewable energy, where he can help create new technologies and improve the way people live.

He’s excited about the future and ready to keep learning and growing.

Andrew Solano may still be in high school, but he’s already on the path to building a successful career in engineering—one wire, one project, and one goal at a time!
